Alfa Machine & Tool Company, Inc. specializes in the machining of high quality parts to exacting standards. We have the expertise to do prototype work, as well as high volume manufacturing in a wide variety of materials.

Alfa has an excellent reputation in the machined parts industry and has made a concerted effort to keep our product quality high.

We have made significant investments in both equipment and systems over the last three years. Our equipment purchases have ranged from two new, state of the art machining centers in manufacturing to a second, programmable CMM for inspection. Our system enhancements have taken the form of SPC on the shop floor and progress toward ISO and AS certification. In August 2000, we were granted Certification to 9001:2000 as well as AS-9100 Revision B (Certification #10597).

As a result of our efforts, we have earned "Certified Supplier" status by 4 of our major customers: Air Cruisers, Honeywell, GE Aviation, and Curtiss-Wright and we continue to be major suppliers to Kulite SemiConductor, Marotta Scientific Controls, Allen Bradley, Valcor Engineering, Distek, Inc and New Brunswick Scientific. Alfa produces parts for use in the aerospace, bio-medical and electronic industries.
